A passion story

 

We design and manufacture equipments for analysis and measurements for now more than 30 years. We are present each time a company, a laboratory or an institute would like to put in theoretic diagrams, to valid hypothesis or to obtain accurate data.

Today, we share this know-how within ST. Our staff members have all the necessary skills in mechanics, electronics, automation and industrial computer adapted to fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and petrophysics.

This sharing is as much a profession as a true passion.

The result is measured by the enthusiasm we are driven by each time a customer suggests us a new project. This plurality of experiences and this enthusiasm lead us to become real partners of our customers and listening, sense of service and advice are part of our daily language.

OUR SHARP FORCES
A service Research and Development   composed of 5 project leaders, each one is responsible for the assumption of responsibility of one or more studies until assembly of the equipment, tests and delivery to the customer. All control different CAD softwares, calculations of materials resistance and simulation of PVT resistance.

 An engineering department and Data-processing , charged to integrate all the components of automation, piloting and data-processing modeling on our equipment.

 A service Assembly  controlled by our project leaders, which ensures assembly of all our equipments in dedicated small islands.

 A service Tests and Certifications , supervised by an engineer specialist in thermodynamic studies, ensures the certification of our equipment according to the dedicated standards (DESP, NACE, ASME), as well as the operational simulation of the studies performed with our equipment. 
 
 
OUR TOOLS
In addition to our experiment, we rest, as regards Research and Development, on a certain standards and tools:

√  The first of our references is the respect of the standard ISO 9001 version 2000 which enables us to adopt a policy of continue improvement that is very beneficial with our will of innovation.

√  We also use all the standards, certifications and rules of calculations relating to the European regulation EC DESPT on the apparatus with Pression and/or dry standard ASME VIII for the United States as well as standard NACE.

√  We use several software packages such SoliDWorks for the CAD or Cosmos for simulations of efforts and temperatures applied to materials.
 
 
ST IN FIGURES
√  Sanchez Technologies employs directly 14 people mainly divided in the fields of engineering, procurement and tests and indirectly 23 specialists in mechanical engineering.

√ 60% of the sales turnover is carried out with export.

√ ST invested 350 K€ in 2008, divided for 2/3 in R&D and 1/3 in production.
